And here we are in the mighty colors of #fall at #owlshead in #grotonstatepark . We were in #vermont this last weekend, although throughout our journey and road trip inside the state park we felt it's past peak, the view from this point was spectacular. A little past peak but the riot of colors still exists. For those heading here this weekend, the trailhead does not have any labels that says it's trailhead. Feed in your Google maps and where it says "owls head picnic area" it is it is. You will spot a few cars in front of barricades. Someone said, that the cars used to go to up the parking lot which was 1/4 mile to the owls head by hike but it was closed because it's slippery. If you hike from where the cars are at the barricades it's gonna be 2 miles round-trip. That's what we did. Utter confusion yet satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this weekend though, most trees would be past fall! #fall #fallfoliage #foliage #vermont #newengland #usa #travelblogger #travel #colors #trails

After a ridiculously hectic February, chilling out for a bit this March before the madness begins once again. Two days since I opened the laptop. Wohooo! . Best would've been to chill out somewhere cool in a tent like this but big plans coming up for this year. Need lots of time and money to get serious about doing work that's meaningful to me. I'm tired of aimless travel. It's been a decade since I've been travelling for pleasure. Pleasure alone doesn't cut it anymore. Need to find out what does! . Meanwhile, if you haven't checked out my latest blog yet, here's one more reminder to do so. It's a cool and unusual hike. But you'll probably appreciate more if you've actually been to Tso Moriri. Go check it out? Link in bio.
